This information may be processed by the third-party services we rely on (listed below) to provide responses and maintain reliability and security.
3) What We Don’t Collect
- No account registration information (no usernames/passwords)
- No precise GPS tracking outside the app’s weather lookup function
- No contact list access
- No microphone/camera access

Third-Party Services (Data Sources)
The app relies on the following services to provide weather and related information:
- weather.gov (National Weather Service) — forecast data
- Open-Meteo — geocoding (converting a location name into coordinates)
- sunrise-sunset.org — sunrise/sunset times
These services may receive your request details (such as the selected location and IP address) in order to respond. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide weather results through the third-party services listed above, or if required by law.
Data Retention
The app does not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally store personal information. Third-party services may keep limited logs for operational and security purposes under their own policies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information used by the app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.
International Use
The app currently supports US locations only.
